Delete your data

You can ask us to delete your DVC Topia account and the personal information connected to it at any time, including information we received when you signed in with Facebook.

How to request deletion

1. Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account".
2. If you signed in with Facebook and aren't sure which email address we have, tell us the name on your Facebook account and we'll help you find it.
3. We'll confirm your request by email, and complete it within 30 days.

What we delete

• Your account, profile and sign-in details, including the link to your Facebook account.
• Your Disney Vacation Club membership and contract details, point balances and listings.
• Trip requests, and guest contact details for your reservations.

What we may keep

• Records of completed bookings and payments, which we must keep for accounting, tax and legal reasons. We keep only what those purposes require.
• Messages and reviews you exchanged with other members may stay visible to them, shown as from a deleted member.
• Information in our database backups is deleted when those backups expire, within 14 days.

Removing DVC Topia from Facebook

To stop Facebook sharing information with us, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites on Facebook and remove DVC Topia. This stops future sharing but doesn't delete what we already have, so please also email us as described above.
